In this role, you will

Support the development and delivery of road and infrastructure projects by providing project management and financial administration support. In this role, you will manage competing priorities and help deliver project components on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing project closures
- Processing journals and cost reallocations
- Monitoring the Project Controls shared mailbox
- Assisting Cost Controllers
- Supporting project financial activities, including:
- WBS creation
- End-of-month reconciliations and reporting
- Budget updates
- Capitalisation
- Responding to costing enquiries

Working collaboratively, you will contribute to stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across projects. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN OFFER FLEXIBILITY OF BEING ABLE TO WORK FROM ANYWHERE ACROSS THE STATE.

You have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems effectively. Your experience in financial administration includes reconciliation, procurement, and budget management, supported by a continuous improvement mindset.

Experience with CM21, SAP, contract administration, and Objective will be highly regarded and set you up for success in this role.
