Position summary We require a Projects Administrator to join the Project Delivery Team, to aid in the delivery and execution of complex engineering projects across Australia and around the world.

The Projects Administrator role will suit any Project Administrator / project controls specialist with 2 to 10 years experience who has a passion for working in a major project workplace and being a part of the team that pulls the projects together, then executes the strategy, from study and design to construction commissioning and handover. The position is Perth based.

About the role The ideal applicant will have experience / exposure to electrical engineering packages, and have experience in cost control, progress tracking and reporting, time tracking and labour reporting, resource coordination, variation preparation and tracking.

You will be working in the Project delivery group, and will provide key skills to drive accurate project reporting.



ECG are also extensively involved in the renewables space: most of our project work involves the evaluation of the renewables option as a client priority.

The role will require strong organizational and communication skills, as they will be working in an occasionally frantic environment, where many projects are running across Australia and around the world.

About the candidate

- Major project project administration / project controls experience, both office and site
- Cost control and invoicing preparation,
- Project progress tracking and reporting
- Time tracking and labour reporting
- Variation preparation and tracking.
- Ideally experience in electrical engineering and associated plant and packages

Skills and Attributes required

- Strong excel / data management skills
- Strong report writing and written communication skills
- Moderate to good MS Project knowledge
- Exposure in Project Forecasting and Planning
- Tendering and Estimating experience
- Microsoft Office Experience specifically

o Excel o Word o Powerpoint
- Microsoft Project / P6 experience
- Ultra positive work attitude, keen to work in a fast-paced role where organization is critical
