CBRE is the world’s leading commercial real estate services and investment firm. We are growing our IFM account team in Melbourne and are looking for a Property Finance Co-Ordinator to support the financial and administrative processes behind casual mall leasing across the retail property portfolio. You will help ensure invoicing, payment processing, licence compliance, arrears support and reporting are accurate and timely, giving the team clear financial information to manage leasing activity effectively.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare and issue invoices for licence agreements, including multi-site and national agreements, and set up current partners and renewals in Vision.
- Reconcile REL transactions, bookings and billings across multiple client and invoicing systems.
- Prepare weekly debtors reporting, support unallocated funds reconciliation and follow up overdue payments with sales and centre teams.
- Assist with monthly reporting, revenue tracking, variance analysis, budgets and forecasts, and respond to finance queries.
- Maintain accurate licence records, REL databases and financial systems, and support compliance and audit requirements.
- Partner with Retail Leasing Executives, National Partners, clients, centre teams, the IFM Real Estate team and third-party finance providers to resolve financial queries and keep operations running smoothly.
About you: You take pride in accurate work,
enjoy improving processes and can organise competing priorities across multiple systems and stakeholders. You communicate clearly, approach problems proactively and are keen to strengthen your experience in property finance and leasing.
- Previous finance administration experience, preferably within retail property or leasing.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence learning financial systems.
- Experience with reconciliations, invoicing, arrears or financial reporting.
- Knowledge of property finance, ancillary income or short-term licence agreements.
- A Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
