The Role
We are seeking an experienced Property & Asset Services Manager to lead the delivery of estate upkeep, land management, aerodrome operations, and training area services at a designated Defence base. This role is responsible for ensuring contractual obligations, KPIs, and performance measures are met while driving operational excellence and compliance.
Key responsibilities include
- Overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors to deliver PAS services.
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and cost control for the base.
- Building robust relationships with Defence stakeholders and acting as the primary point of contact.
- Promoting Zero Harm and ensuring compliance with WHS and environmental standards.
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Business, Asset Management, or Project Management.
- 7–10 years’ experience in facilities or asset management with leadership accountability.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and deliver large-scale contracts.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
