Holiday Property Service (part of HPS Group) is looking for reliable, energetic people to join our cleaning team — and we know students make some of our best cleaners. We support hundreds of short-term rental properties across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales, with 1,200–1,500 cleans carried out every month across the Gold Coast. This is steady, flexible work that fits around your timetable, not the other way around.

No experience? No problem — we provide full training. What matters most is that you're reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn.

As a Cleaner, you will:

- Clean and prepare holiday-rental properties for guests (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas)
- Vacuum, mop, dust, polish surfaces, and empty bins
- Replenish supplies (toiletries, linens, etc.) as required
- Report any maintenance or damage to your property coordinator
- Work independently or alongside a small team
- Follow health & safety and cleanliness standards





What you'll need:

- A reliable car to travel between properties
- Basic cleaning equipment
- Work rights in Australia (open to student visa holders with work rights)
- Flexibility to work weekends
- A good attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your shifts

Choose how you want to work:

- Casual or part-time (TFN) — get paid per shift, with standard employee entitlements
- Contracting (ABN) — more flexibility and control over your schedule (a valid ABN and Public Liability Insurance are needed, or we can point you in the right direction to set these up)
