What You'll Be Doing

- Building strong and lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and trusted tradespeople
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs efficiently and professionally
- Conducting routine inspections, property condition reports, and final bond inspections
- Managing lease agreements, renewals, rent collection, and arrears
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues with confidence and professionalism
- Managing your portfolio proactively to achieve positive outcomes for both owners and tenants

What We're Looking For





You'll be a highly organised professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service. You'll take pride in your work, communicate effectively, and have the confidence to manage a residential portfolio independently.

Essential Requirements

- WA Property Manager Registration
- Current Driver's Licence
- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, REBA, and REIWA Code of Ethics
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management
- Confidence using property management software and technology
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team workplace
- Ability to work from our Geraldton office and actively collaborate with the team (this is an office-based role and is not suitable for remote work)

Desirable

- Knowledge of the Geraldton market and local community
- Experience working within a high-performing real estate agency
