Richardson & Wrench Parramatta is seeking a talented Property Manager to join our team in the heart of Parramatta. This full-time role is a crucial part of our dynamic property management division, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring exceptional service for all our valued and long term clients.
What you'll be doing
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, tenant management, maintenance coordination and financial reporting
- Conduct property inspections, handle tenant enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Implement effective marketing strategies to secure quality tenants and maintain high occupancy rates
- Liaise with landlords, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure properties are well-maintained and tenant needs are met
- Prepare routine financial statements, end-of-lease documentation and other administrative tasks
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, property management best practices and market trends
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Property Manager in the residential sector
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Working knowledge of relevant residential tenancy legislation and property management software
- Current NSW real estate license and a clean driving record
