We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Property Manager to join our growing Brisbane team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering great service and wants to be part of a positive, collaborative team.
Our Property Managers are supported by a dedicated leasing team, no routine inspections and hands-on guidance from an experienced Team Leader, giving you more time to focus on your portfolio and clients.
Property management experience is preferred, but not essential. If you have the right attitude and willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and mentoring you need to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a residential property portfolio
- Building strong relationships with owners and tenants
- Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Managing tenancy documentation, entries and exits
- Monitoring rent arrears
- Managing compliance, insurance and tribunal matters when required
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping your portfolio running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate – Essential
- Property management or real estate experience preferred, but not essential
- Valid driver’s licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive approach with great problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
