We are currently seeking applications for a Property Manager to join our team at our office in Roxby Downs for an immediate start. Flexible schedule are on offer for the right candidate. You will be working with a small team supported by our larger award-winning network across 8 branches.

We are open to applications from either experienced Property Managers or candidates who are enthusiastic about building a career in real estate and eager to learn. Wardle Co will provide full on-the-job training and support, including assistance in obtaining certificates and licenses required to perform the role. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and grow with a successful and expanding business.

Key responsibilities

- Appraisals, preparing tenancy documents, routine inspections, rent arrears, organising property maintenance, and regular communication with tenants and landlords

- Actively seeking and listing new managements

- Digital marketing of rental properties

- Responding to email and phone enquiries

- Filing documents in accordance with company organisational procedures





- Ensuring records are professionally managed and the branch complies with company audit requirements

About you

- Property Management license - can be obtained on the job

- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with clients of various ages and backgrounds

- Self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a team

- Positive and enthusiastic attitude

- Honesty and reliability

- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Publisher and Excel

- Current Driver's Licence
