The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Certified Practising Valuer to join a highly regarded national property valuation and advisory firm.

Working alongside experienced valuation professionals, you will contribute to high-quality reports and advisory services for a diverse range of clients across the property sector. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Attending property inspections and client meetings.
- Conducting title, planning and market research.
- Liaising with sales and leasing agents to collect market evidence and property information.
- Undertaking property sales and market analysis.
- Completing financial analysis and valuation calculations.
- Preparing valuation reports and client presentations.
- Supporting team members in delivering client outcomes.
- Managing your own budget and workflow.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and seeking feedback.
- Completing valuation and advisory assignments independently in line with company standards.
- Producing accurate, detailed and high-quality reports.

About You You are a motivated and proactive professional with strong analytical and report-writing skills. You enjoy solving problems, take pride in the quality of your work, and are committed to delivering excellent client service.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current API Membership with Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status.
- Full Australian working rights.




- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A high level of self-motivation and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Estate Master.
