Job Description

The Dandelion Collective is a disability support provider based in Newcastle NSW seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead strategic and hands-on HR across the organisation.

n

You will develop and implement HR strategies, manage performance and disciplinary processes, support employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, rostering, training, and ensure compliance with SCHADS Award, employment law and WHS. Robust communication and discretion are essential.
