About the Role n

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to support quality and compliance activities across our Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) product. Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory, you will help manage quality events, investigations, corrective actions, complaints, and post-market surveillance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

This role is for someone with a software or systems engineering background who is interested in transitioning into Quality and Regulatory Affairs within the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities n

- Support CAPA, nonconformance, complaint, and feedback management activities
n
- Conduct investigations, root cause analysis, and support corrective actions
n
- Assist with post-market surveillance and product improvement activities
n
- Review and maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
n
- Analyse quality data and identify trends
n
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams to support compliance and continuous improvement
n




- Help maintain audit-ready documentation and quality processes
n

About You n

You will have:

n

n
- A degree in Software or Systems Engineering, or a related field
n
- At least 2 years' experience in software development, testing, quality engineering, DevOps, or a similar technical role
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
n
- An interest in quality management and regulatory compliance
n
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare software, or regulated industries is desirable
n
- Understanding of software development concepts and lifecycle processes
n
