Clarendon Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Bridgeman Downs – One of South East Queensland’s destination display showcasing Clarendon’s top selling designs.

Bridgeman Downs is a high performing display centre ideally suited to a high-performing consultant looking to capitalise on strong enquiry levels, premium product demand, and long-term growth across area.

The role nn
- Represent Clarendon Homes at Bridgeman Downs display centre
n
- Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract
n
- Work with both greenfield and knockdown rebuild customers
n
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience
n
- Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options
n




- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment
n

About You nn
- Proven experience in residential new home sales
n
- Previous experience with knockdown rebuild sales will be highly regarded
n
- Strong understanding of the Brisbane market preferred
n
- Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
n
- Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
n
- Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
n
- Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display workplace
