/n Professional Search Group (PSG) is currently looking for an experienced Python Developer to help design, build, and scale the services that power its AI-driven video analytics platform. Working closely with AI and machine learning teams, you'll play a key role in architecting production systems, deploying ML models, and driving technical excellence across the engineering team. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python

/n

- Own architectural decisions around performance, reliability, and scalability

/n

- Develop and optimise PostgreSQL/MySQL databases

/n

- Deploy and operate containerised services using Docker

/n

- Work alongside AI engineers to productionise machine learning models

/n

- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

- 5 years' backend software engineering experience

/n

- Strong Python development skills

/n

- Experience designing and operating production systems

/n

- Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

/n

- Experience with Docker and containerised environments

/n

- Exposure to deploying ML models into production

/n

- Collaborative mindset with strong mentoring capabilities
