- Qlik Sense Engineer/n

/n Key Responsibilities/n /n

- Lead the migration of Qlik Sense dashboards, scripts, and data models to Power BI.

/n

- Analyze existing Qlik applications to assess complexity, dependencies, and migration feasibility.

/n

- Redesign and optimize data models, ETL processes, and visualizations in Power BI.

/n

- Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and DAX measures to replicate or enhance Qlik solutions.

/n

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency during migration by validating outputs.

/n

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and refine dashboards post-migration.

/n

- Optimize Power Query (M), DAX, and SQL for performance improvements.

/n

- Document migration processes, best practices, and governance frameworks.

/n

- Provide training and support to end-users transitioning from Qlik to Power BI.

/n

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data transformation, visualization, and performance.

/n Required Skills & Qualifications/n /n





- 8+ years of experience in BI development with Qlik Sense and Power BI.

/n

- Similar experience in handling Large Scale Migration Programs

/n

- Robust expertise in Qlik Script (Load Script), Set Analysis, and Section Access.

/n

- Proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Dataflows, Power BI Service).

/n

- Experience with SQL, data warehousing, and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory).

/n

- Knowledge of data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema) in both Qlik and Power BI.

/n

- Familiarity with Azure Synapse, SQL Server, or Snowflake is a plus.

/n

- Ability to analyze and translate Qlik logic into Power BI solutions.

/n

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

/n

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

/n

- Positive to have Power bI and Qlik Certifications
