- Prepare and create authentic Greek dishes using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
- Collaborate closely with our dedicated team to maintain effective kitchen service and workflow.
- Contribute creative ideas for menu planning and special events.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety practices.
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified chef with culinary training and experience in a professional kitchen, preferably with a focus on Mediterranean or Greek cuisine.
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen management.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork in a small environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
