About the role

Frith's Plumbing and Civil Construction is seeking a Qualified Plumber to join our team in Bairnsdale, Victoria. This is a full-time position offering an exciting prospect to work on a diverse range of plumbing projects across residential, commercial, and civil construction sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems whilst ensuring all work meets relevant standards and safety regulations.

What you'll be doing

- Installing and maintaining water supply systems, drainage systems, and gas pipelines for residential and commercial properties

- Diagnosing plumbing issues and providing effective solutions to rectify problems efficiently

- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation

- Inspecting plumbing systems and identifying necessary repairs or upgrades

- Collaborating with other tradespeople on construction and civil projects

- Ensuring all work complies with relevant Australian plumbing codes and standards

- Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used

- Providing advice to clients regarding plumbing maintenance and best practices

- Operating and maintaining plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively

What we're looking for

- A valid plumbing qualification or apprenticeship completion recognised in Victoria

- Current Victorian plumbing licence or eligibility to obtain one

- Proven experience working as a qualified plumber in residential, commercial, or civil construction environments

- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques

- Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards and plumbing codes of practice





- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
