Located in North Manly, Schwarz Real Estate has been helping people and families across the Northern Beaches with their property needs for over 20 years. They assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, offering strong local market knowledge and consistently achieving great results in all market conditions.

Role Description Perfect for an ambitious real estate qualified looking to elevate their career, this role offers hands on exposure to the full sales process with direct mentorship from the principal.

You’ll play a key role across the sales process while developing your own skills, network and profile within the local market. Your day to day will include:

- Run open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments
- Prospect, cold call and actively grow the database
- Follow up buyers, vendors and leads to maximise opportunities
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and key stakeholders
- Coordinate pest & building inspections and assist throughout the sales process
- Assist with property advertising, marketing and campaign coordination
- Conduct pre-settlememt inspections




- Build strong relationships with clients and the local community

Qualifications

- .A genuine passion for real estate and sales
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Confidence, energy and a professional presentation
- A proactive approach to prospecting and business development
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Driver’s license and reliable transport to attend appointments
- Prior experience in real estate essential
