Role Description This Real Estate Sales role at ARK is a contract position based in Sydney, NSW, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property inspections, and presenting properties to potential buyers and investors. Day-to-day tasks include managing listings, preparing sales documentation, coordinating with legal and finance professionals, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial contact to settlement.

monitor market trends, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets. The role also requires ongoing communication with clients to deliver responsive service and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications

- Current Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices.
- Demonstrated experience in Real Estate sales, including listing, marketing, and closing transactions.
- Solid Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including self-management and effective use of digital tools and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the Sydney, NSW property market is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport for property visits and client meetings.
