About the role Within this role you will work a range of rostered shifts, including morning, afternoon and night where you will deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manage check-ins and check-outs
- Take reservations
- Ensure guest booking requirements and bed allocations are met
- Organise arrival and departure arrangements
- Encourage guest feedback and take action to provide the best guest experience possible
- Co-ordinate guest experiences, including behaviour, service level expectations and welfare requirements
- Manage the health, safety, and well-being of guests during shifts
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Make coffee and toasties and serve other small eats
About you Desirable (but not essential) as training will be provided to the right candidate:
- RMS training
- Approved Manager or RSA
- Food handling certification
- Current First Aid Certificate
