My Cosmetic Clinic is looking for a friendly, organised and switched-on Receptionist to join our Crows Nest team.

We’re a growing cosmetic practice with 9 clinics across NSW, offering premium surgical and non-surgical treatments. Our reception team is a big part of the patient experience, so we’re looking for someone who is confident, professional, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

The role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of reception, including:

- Greeting patients and creating a warm first impression

- Managing a busy switchboard and appointment book

- Scheduling appointments and processing payments

- Handling patient enquiries by phone, email and in person

- Updating patient records in Cliniko

- Keeping the clinic organised and running smoothly

- Assisting with marketing and promotional activities

There will also be the opportunity to get involved with Canva, social media and simple digital content. You don’t need to be an expert, but you should have a positive level of computer literacy, be confident learning new programs, and enjoy the creative side of the business.

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in a busy reception,



administration or customer-facing role

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A confident and professional phone manner

- Strong organisation and the ability to multitask

- Good computer literacy and confidence using a range of programs and systems

- Some experience or an interest in Canva, social media or marketing
- A positive, reliable and can-do attitude

Experience in a cosmetic clinic and familiarity with Cliniko would be an advantage, but are not essential.

Availability between 9am–5pm is required, with some flexibility for later finishes, occasional weekends and leave coverage.
