With world-class facilities the Club is recognized nationally and internationally for its sporting and hospitality excellence. /n The role: /n Reporting into the Clubhouse Operations Manager you will be the hub of information, responsible for creating a seamless member & guest experience and delivering exceptional service levels. /n This is a part-time role offering 20-25 hours a week, requiring availability to work during the week, weekends and on public holidays (rotating roster) with shifts ranging between 5.30am starts to 9.30pm finishes. /n Key tasks include: /n /n

- Deliver the highest standard of service to members and guests. /n
- Ensure the Club’s rules and regulations are adhered to including enforcing the dress regulations. /n
- Assist members and guests with all enquiries in a skilled and timely manner.

/n

- Organise bookings for accommodation, confirming requests prior to check in.

/n

- Perform check-ins and outs for accommodation.

/n

- Organise bookings for Dining Room/Club Bar.

/n

- Remain up to date at all times with the day’s meetings, fixtures and upcoming events in the Green Book. /n
- Order taxis/ubers for members and guests as required. /n
- Assist members and guests with purchases in the Cellar Door,



and other Reception based retail initiatives. /n /n

/n What does the Club need from me? /n /n

- Minimum 1-year experience in either a Reception or admin related role.

/n

- Demonstrated passion for customer service.

/n

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure. /n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. /n
- Intermediate computer skills including word, excel and outlook programs.

/n

- Valid NSW RSA.

/n
