About the Role

Reporting to our Division Manager, you’ll play an important role in growing Resourceful’s Infrastructure &

- Utilities presence nationally.

We already have relationships across a number of prominent utilities and infrastructure businesses, along with a strong track record across the sector. The opportunity is to deepen those relationships, create new ones and turn more of them into long-term recruitment partnerships.

There’s plenty of opportunity ahead, but you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be backed by an experienced team, robust systems, delivery support and a brand that’s been operating in our core markets since 2012.

You’ll focus on

- Building and deepening relationships with clients across infrastructure and utilities

- Recruiting mid-to-senior technical, engineering and white-collar professionals

- Developing opportunities across existing and target accounts

- Growing a strong contractor base through long-term,



margin-focused placements

- Running quality end-to-end recruitment processes

- Delivering with speed, care and accountability

- Working closely with the broader team to share information, opportunities and wins

About You

You love recruitment. You know how to develop strong relationships. And you’re comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to land.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- 3+ years’ experience in technical, engineering or heavy industry recruitment

- Infrastructure, utilities or civil recruitment experience would be highly regarded
- A proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and earn genuine client trust

- Commercial confidence and no fear of picking up the phone
- A self-starting, get-it-done mindset
- An interest in using technology and AI to work smarter
- A team-oriented approach and a high standard of delivery
