We are looking experienced Recruitment Consultant located in Perth WA. The role as a Recruitment Consultant is responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies.
You will build positive relationships to gain a better understanding of your clients' recruitment needs and requirements. Ultimately, you will ensure we attract, engage, recruit and retain high performing employees for our clients. Main Tasks & Duties:
- Supporting the Recruitment Division as a point of contact for all Recruitment enquiries.
- Assist with the creation of comprehensive job advertisements for publishing.
- Quality check CVs from recruiters for shortlisting prior to presenting to clients.
- Pre-assess candidates and arrange interviews via appropriate means (face to face, online or telephone) to filter for client’s selection
- Coordinate with our team the recruitment of skilled tradesmen from overseas, including screening,
presenting to clients, setting up interviews with candidates and clients as well as finalizing selection.
- Liaise with mobilisation team on arrival expected dates for finalising flight booking.
- Maintain cultural awareness briefing and induction pack for all overseas employees arriving in Australia.
- Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets to monitor processes and timelines
- Handle customer feedback, complaints and problems.
- Supporting the co-ordination of client visits to overseas.

- Minimum of 2 years proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter or similar role
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and evaluation
- Familiarity with job boards, resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience interviewing candidates and organising skills assessment centres
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong decision-making skills
