Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator

About the Role The Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with site project managers and internal teams to recruit, mobilise and onboard new employees with effective mobilisation and demobilisation of direct hire, contractors and labour hire personnel across projects in the Pilbara, Midwest and Southwest.

You will support the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates through to onboarding and mobilisation, while also providing HR and general administration support to the business.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and enjoys working with people across all levels of an organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation and onboarding of direct hire, contractor and labour hire personnel, ensuring all requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Liaise with candidates, contractors, clients, labour hire providers and internal stakeholders to coordinate recruitment, mobilisation and workforce requirements.
- Review and verify qualifications, licences, medicals, inductions, site access and other compliance documentation.
- Support recruitment activities across blue and white-collar positions, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate candidate, employee and mobilisation records, including workforce databases, manning lists and recruitment requests.




- Prepare employment and onboarding documentation and assist with HR administration, inductions, reporting and monthly safety statistics.
- Track recruitment and mobilisation activity for weekly and monthly reporting, while providing a high level of customer service and general administrative support.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment and mobilisation, preferably within labour hire, mining, construction or a project-based environment.
- Strong experience in candidate management, recruitment platforms such as SEEK, and end-to-end mobilisation and onboarding processes.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of attention to detail, with strong record-keeping and compliance management skills.
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, employees, clients and management at all levels.
- Professional, proactive and positive approach, with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.
