We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys running a successful 360 recruitment desk but is also ready to take on more responsibility, support others and play an important part in the continued growth of PKL Recruitment.

With established client relationships, active roles and a supportive team around you, this is a excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking for their next step.

The Role

- Manage the full end-to-end 360 recruitment process
- Build and grow new and existing client relationships
- Manage permanent recruitment assignments
- Source, screen, interview, shortlist and place quality candidates
- Develop new business and identify opportunities within the market
- Mentor and support other recruiters within the team
- Help drive team activity, performance and results
- Build strong,



long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Work closely with management on the continued growth of the business

About You
- Proven experience working within agency recruitment
- Strong 360 recruitment and business development experience
- Confident managing and growing your own desk
- Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset
- Professional, personable and relationship-focused
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable mentoring and supporting other team members
- Motivated to take ownership and contribute to the growth of the business
