Our client is an established WA business with a solid reputation and extensive networks across the mining, resources, engineering and technical sectors, offering a knowledgeable and well-connected environment within one of WA’s key industries.

They are seeking a Recruiter to join their vibrant office to support their high-volume recruitment processes supporting a portfolio of multi stakeholders across core mining, resources, engineering and technical sectors.

You will be involved throughout the candidate journey, from initial talent identification and engagement through to interviews, offers and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and engage high-quality technical and engineering talent across a range of disciplines and sectors
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, internal databases, referrals and networking
- Partner closely with stakeholders to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Support the development of engaging job advertisements and other candidate attraction strategies
- Screen, interview and shortlist candidates against specific role requirements
- Build robust relationships with candidates and provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare candidates for interviews and coordinate feedback and debriefs
- Coordinate reference checks, offers, approvals and onboarding requirements




- Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment records and systems
- Deliver timely communication and a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

About You

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging with a wide range of people
- A highly organised approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment processes
- A proactive, curious and resilient mindset with a strong drive to achieve results
- Experience within recruitment, sales, customer service, HR, real estate, account management or another relationship-focused environment will be highly regarded
- Exposure to Bullhorn, SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar systems would be advantageous, but is not essential
