Sora Community Services (Sora) is seeking a Regional Support Case Worker to provide flexible, client-centred support across a range of programs and service locations throughout the New England North West region. As such travel and nights away from home are requirements of the role.

This unique role is designed to strengthen service delivery by providing additional casework capacity during periods of staff leave, recruitment, vacancies, service growth, and increased client demand. The successful applicant will work across a variety of community service programs, supporting individuals, children, young people and families experiencing a range of complex challenges.

The Regional Support Case Worker will be able to work independently, quickly adapt to differing program requirements, build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, and deliver high quality case management and support services in a variety of settings. to temporary accommodation, while maintaining a focus on securing secure, long term housing outcomes.

Remuneration for this role will be paid at an hourly rate of between $46.70 and $50.25 dependent on relevant skills and experience. In addition, salary packaging benefits are available for Sora staff, where you can package up to $15,900 tax- free per annum.
