About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) with NHR, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care across a range of healthcare settings, including aged care and community services.

Your clinical skills, professionalism and compassion will contribute to the health, safety and wellbeing of the people we support.

What We Are Looking For

- Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN
- Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma of Nursing, as applicable
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Blue Card, where required for the role
- Right to work in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, where required
- Previous aged care, community or healthcare experience is desirable

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care:

Deliver compassionate and high-quality nursing care,



including assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individualised care.

Communication:

Work collaboratively with patients, residents, families, carers and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive health outcomes.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory, qualified and organisational requirements.

Quality & Safety:

Follow relevant clinical policies, procedures, infection control requirements and workplace health and safety standards.

Nurses on working holiday or student visas who hold current AHPRA registration and have the appropriate work rights are encouraged to apply.
