At Aberlea Inc as a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical care through a person-centred approach. Your duties will include :
Supervision of ENs and PCAs involved in providing resident care.
Working closely with residents and their families to understand their needs.
Coordinating and delivering assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard that meets regulatory requirements.
Establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with Medical and Allied Health providers who are affiliated with Aberlea Inc.
Acting as a professional role model for the broader Aberlea Inc. team.

Qualifications
Current Nursing Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
It would be preferable to have aged care experience or a keen desire to work within aged care.
Positive communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of the team.
Those applicants with a post graduate qualification in gerontology or aged care management are encouraged to apply.
Pay: $113,659.52 per year
