Growth & Demand Generation Manager (B2B) - South Bank, QLD n

Pipeline doesn't build itself. As the Manager, Growth & Demand Generation, you'll lead the strategy driving qualified pipeline and revenue across a portfolio of B2B brands.

Working closely with Brand Marketing, Sales and Digital teams, you'll bring together paid media, marketing automation, SEO, CRO and website performance to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. You'll lead a team of specialists while shaping a scalable demand engine that balances regional execution with global best practice.

Day to day you will...

n

n
- Lead demand generation strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
n
- Develop scalable growth programs across multiple B2B brands and markets.
n
- Drive paid media performance across search, social, programmatic and retargeting channels.
n
- Lead website optimisation and conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
n
- Build and optimise marketing automation and lead nurture programs.
n
- Align marketing activity with sales priorities, lead scoring and funnel management.
n
- Own reporting, attribution, analytics and ROI measurement.
n
- Partner with SEO and content teams to drive organic demand growth.
n
- Lead, coach and develop a team of digital marketing specialists.
n
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

You'll be perfect if you have...

n

n
- 10+ years' experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing.
n
- 5+ years' leadership experience within a marketing function.
n
- Experience in shared services and/or multi-brand environments preferred.
n
- Strong expertise in paid media, automation, lead nurturing and analytics.
n
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and lifecycle marketing.
n
- Experience owning marketing-attributed pipeline and ROI.
n
- Strong stakeholder management across regions and functions.
n




- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
n
- Bachelor's degree, MBA or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
n
- Relevant Google, Meta or LinkedIn certifications desirable.
n
