Part Time and Casual positions available. Monday to Friday, no on call roster!
Previous endoscopy experience desirable.
South Perth Hospital is seeking part-time or casual Registered Nurses to join our endoscopy unit.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in Endoscopy, you will provide high quality nursing care to patients pre and post gastroscopy and colonoscopy, ensuring safe recovery, comfort and dignity at every stage.
You will work closely with gastroenterologists and anaesthetists, contributing to smooth patient flow, clinical excellence and positive patient experiences.
Our Registered Nurses have the opportunity to work across all areas of Endoscopy including within the procedure room, recovery and cleaning room. Hands on training will be provided within the very supportive and friendly team.
Selection Criteria
Essential:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Post graduate experience in endoscopy nursing.
- Demonstrates well developed skills in communication, conflict resolution and problem solving.
- Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to working in alignment with South Perth Hospital’s mission, vision, and values, with a proven ability to model values-based behaviours in the workplace.
DESIRBALE:
- Previous experience in the disinfection of endoscopy equipment.
- Nursing experience in a private hospital setting.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the Continuous Quality Improvement process, in particular the Australian Council of Healthcare Standards.
- Computer literacy.
