The Role/n As an RN or EN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing of our residents through: /n /n
- /n Delivering high-quality clinical care and support /n
- /n Supervising and mentoring care staff to ensure safe and effective practice /n
- /n Assisting with care planning, assessments, and documentation /n
- /n Promoting a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and colleagues /n What We’re Looking For/n /n
- /n Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse /n
- /n Previous aged care experience (preferred but not essential) /n
- /n Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills /n
- /n Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach /n
