/n /n About you /n The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment. Based in Lenah Valley, Hobart. We are a small, dedicated team specialising in cardiac angiography/angioplasty and pacing, vascular angiography and open procedures, as well as cerebral angiography and interventions. Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm. /n What you bring /n Essential: /n /n
- /n /n - Registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
/n - Commitment to continuing career development
/n - Demonstrated knowledge of current nursing issues and practices pertaining to position
/n - Demonstrated understanding of risk management
/n - Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
/n - A willingness to learn and develop expertise in specialty /n /n /n Desirable: /n /n - Post graduate qualification relevant to the clinical area/coronary care or critical care
/n - Basic computer skills
/n - 5 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
/n - Previous experience in similar role

- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
/n
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
/n
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
/n
- Demonstrated communication,
interpersonal skills and customer service skills
/n
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
