/n Your role at St John of God Geraldton Hospital /n As a member of our friendly and approachable team, you will be responsible for the provision of a high standard of patient care in a safe and effective manner. We encourage all experienced Registered Nurses to apply. Those experienced in Perioperative Specialties, Orthopaedic, Obstetrics and Gynaecology will be highly regarded. /n /n Casual positions are currently available for Registered Nurses to join our multidisciplinary team with availability to work on-call and flexible shifts.

- /n Maintain and develop clinical skills in order to care for patients appropriate to level of competence. /n
- /n Deliver a high standard of patient care utilizing appropriate resources cost effectively. /n
- /n Adhere to and supports hospital policies, procedures and standards. /n
- /n Act as the patient’s advocate and facilitate the rights of individuals. /n
- /n Provide patient education and acts as a resource where appropriate. /n
- /n Participate in a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care through the continuum of care. /n
- /n Prioritise workload using resources effectively. /n
- /n Provide supervision to Enrolled Nurses, students and PCAs as required /n /n /n You will have a registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, a demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills. /n /n To succeed you will have an ability to work effectively and harmoniously within the multi-disciplinary health care team, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development. Minimum 2 years' experience is preferred and must be available to work on-call and flexible shifts. /n /n Above all,

- /n Registered Nurse Salary: $82,945 to $106,630 (pro rata for part-time), plus 12% superannuation /n
- /n Casual rate: $52.30 to $67.24 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) plus 12% superannuation /n
- /n Casual positions available now, permanent part-time positions available in the near future. /n
