- Providing evidence-based nursing care and chronic disease management

- Administering medications and immunisations





/n

- Performing wound care, blood collection and other clinical procedures

- Supporting health promotion and patient education

- Coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams and external providers

/n /n Let’s talk about you! /n Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with a minimum of 5 years' post-registration clinical experience.
