/n About The Role /n
/n
/n As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.
These include: /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Providing and monitoring the care of residents /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team /n /n
/n
/n To be successful, you will have /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge) /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Ability to communicate effectively with residents,
families and all levels of staff /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth /n /n
/n
/n /n
