Role: Registered Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our close-knit team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and homelike environment. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents while contributing to a values-driven organisation.

To be successful in this role:

- Bring robust clinical assessment and care planning skills, particularly in managing chronic conditions,



wound care, and palliative care.

- Demonstrate excellent clinical judgement and the ability to respond calmly in urgent or complex situations.

- Have well-developed documentation and computer skills, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

- Show strong leadership and mentoring skills, supporting and guiding care staff in daily practice.

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to build trust and achieve the best outcomes.

- Display a commitment to person-centred care, with genuine compassion and respect for residents’ dignity and independence.

- Understand and apply Aged Care Quality Standards, infection prevention principles, and WHS practices.

- Be adaptable, organised, and able to balance multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Essentials:

- National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
- Up to date Influenza vaccination
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in aged care or a strong desire to work with older people
