- An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values of the organization /n
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA /n
- Demonstrated aged care experience preferred /n
- The ability to work as part of a team and promote education/leadership in aged care /n
- Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement /n
- Experience in assessments and developing care plans /n
- Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope /n
- Consider physical, social and psychological requirements /n
- Create and update care plans to reflect the developing needs of residents /n
- An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards /n
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills /n
- Demonstrated well-developed computer and documentation skills /n
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills /n
- Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously /n /n
