Job Description

ACCORD CARE is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide consistent, person-centred in-home support to a participant living in Petrie, QLD. You will follow established care plans, respond safely to behaviours of concern, and support daily routines with dignity and independence.

Initially, shifts are Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 am–2:00 pm, with potential for additional hours as the participant moves into SIL.
