- Oversee daily accounting operations, including reconciliations and journal entries.

- Prepare and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
n
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
n
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.
n
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing tax returns.
n
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on financial audits.
n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting function.

Profile n





A successful Finance Manager should have:

- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
n
- Exposure with having direct/indirect reports.
n
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
n
- Robust knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
n
- Experience in preparing financial statements and managing audits.

- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
n
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
