About the Role You’ll manage registry activity across a portfolio of Australian and Recent Zealand funds. This is a hands-on role where judgment matters as much as execution. You’ll handle more complex transactions, resolve unclear client instructions and support Registry Officers across the team. You’ll work closely with fund accounting, treasury, compliance and implementation, with all work operating under a maker-checker model.
Responsibilities
- Investor onboarding and AML/KYC
- Applications, redemptions,
transfers and distributions
- Capital calls and other capital activity
- Payments and investor reporting
- FATCA/CRS and registry compliance
- Investor communications and queries
Ideal Experience
- You’ll have 4+ years’ experience in registry, investor services, unit registry or fund administration.
Required Skills

- Strong transferable registry experience
- Experience can come from listed or unlisted funds.
Pay range and compensation package
- Salary $100,000 - $120,000 + super
