MNI Electrospark All Trades is a Sydney-based field services company delivering property maintenance and compliance work across NSW. We work with major head contractors including Ventia, Downer, BGIS and Programmed, and are a trusted trade partner on Housing NSW (HNSW) property maintenance and repair contracts. As our maintenance workload grows, we're looking for an experienced Remedial Tiler to join our trades team on a full-time basis.

The Role

We're seeking a skilled and reliable Remedial Tiler to carry out tiling repairs and maintenance work across residential and social housing properties in the Sydney metro area. This is a hands-on, full-time role suited to a qualified tradesperson who takes pride in quality repair work and can manage a varied daily job schedule independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Carry out remedial and repair tiling works (floor and wall) across occupied residential and Housing NSW properties
2. Diagnose tiling defects (cracked, loose, or water-damaged tiles, grout failure, waterproofing issues) and complete appropriate repairs
3. Attend scheduled appointments and complete allocated jobs to program, working from a daily/weekly run sheet
4. Liaise professionally and respectfully with tenants and site contacts while on-site
5. Complete accurate job documentation, before/after photos, and compliance paperwork for each work order
6.



Ensure work meets relevant Australian Standards and client compliance requirements
7. Maintain tools, equipment and a company vehicle in secure working order
8. Work safely and in line with WHS requirements at all times

What We're Looking For

1. Trade qualification in tiling (Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling or equivalent) or substantial demonstrated remedial tiling experience
2. Proven experience in tiling repairs/remediation, ideally within residential, social housing, or property maintenance settings
3. Current NSW driver's licence and own reliable transport (company vehicle may be provided)
4. White Card (General Construction Induction) — current
5. Strong communication skills and a professional, tenant-facing manner
6. Ability to work independently, manage own job schedule, and meet appointment windows
7. Own hand tools (larger equipment supplied)
