/n /n As a Registered Nurse, Your Responsibilities Will Include /n /n
- Develop individualized care plans based on patients' needs, preferences, and goals,
in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
/n
- Provide skilled nursing interventions to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, catheter care, and disease management.
/n
- Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment, and intervene as necessary to address acute or chronic health issues.
/n
- Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.
/n
- Testing for muscle weakness, bedsores, and any signs of infection.
/n
- Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports for the physician.
/n /n What We Require From You /n /n
- Bachelor of Nursing qualification (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration
/n
- Minimum of 2 years working in remote or rural healthcare settings
/n
- Ability to work autonomously outside hospital environment
/n
- Evidence of prior service
/n
- Specific qualifications or Training for specialty area
/n
- National police certificate
/n
- A valid and up to date Ochre Card
