- /n Ensuring superior customer service is achieved /n
- /n Monitoring, tracking and organising fleet availability on a daily basis /n
- /n Completing all pre and post-rental procedures /n




- /n Ensuring the contract paperwork is accurately completed /n
- /n Inspecting the returned vehicle and completing the necessary reports /n
- /n Discussing damage and missing items with the customer and resolving the matter before finalising the contract /n
- /n Liaising with the National Sales team members for any major customer interactions and transactions /n
- /n Performing administration duties as required /n /n /n We are looking for an individual who has previous experience in customer service or administration. Additionally, the position also requires the following: /n /n
- /n Excellent communication skills /n
- /n Ability to learn, understand and effectively sell the products and services of the business /n
- /n High attention to detail /n
- /n Sound computer literacy skills /n
- /n License to drive manual vehicles (C class) /n
