- /n Greet customers and assist them in renting vehicles as based on their preferences and needs /n
- /n Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently /n
- /n Address customer inquires and concerns promptly and professionally /n
- /n Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages /n
- /n Achieve or exceed sales targets /n
- /n Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services, and products to assist with sales efforts /n
- /n Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals /n




- /n Detailing and cleaning vehicles to business quality standards /n
- /n Refuel and transport vehicles /n /n ​ /n To be considered, you should possess: /n /n
- /n Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail /n
- /n Car rental experience is highly desirable /n
- /n Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers /n
- /n Computer literacy skills required /n
- /n Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment /n
- /n Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays /n
- /n Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record /n
- /n Current and ongoing Australian work rights /n
