As a Re****plenishment Planner you will be responsible for planning and managing the orders/inventory for a selection of our client’s restaurants. You will ensure that they have enough of the right stock/inventory to meet the customer's needs whilst minimising cost and waste.

About the role:

- You will collaborate with the restaurants and customer service teams to account for restaurant specific activities, ensuring planned orders accommodate the necessary changes
- Ensure accuracy of forecasts and planned orders and completing analysis of variances or short supply and maintaining restaurant stock levels
- Work with the customer & field service teams to get data updates, as needed and ensure that national promotional activities are loaded into the system
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant forecast variances and refine the plan to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions
- Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation to support unexpected sales increase or decrease to optimise stock in the supply chain
- Escalation of issues that will impact the customer,



with proposed resolutions / actions
- Proactively manage and resolve of all replenishment plan alerts occurring daily and regular communication with various teams within the business

About You:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with restaurant and customer service teams, as well as various departments within the organisation
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to develop creative solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Open to candidates from various backgrounds, including recent graduates or individuals with retail industry experience, who are looking to embark on a corporate career in the supply chain industry
