This is an opportunity to use your research expertise to contribute to a service that has a profound impact on people’s lives.

As Research Manager at the Medically Supervised Injecting Centre (MSIC), you’ll lead and develop research that strengthens our understanding of harm reduction, injecting drug use and drug consumption rooms, and, importantly, helps translate evidence into practice.

Working alongside an experienced and passionate MSIC team, you’ll collaborate with clinical staff, consumers, researchers, government and external organisations to shape the research agenda, manage projects, identify funding opportunities and share findings through publications, conferences and the broader public health community.

You’ll bring strong research and project management experience, excellent analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work confidently with complex data and diverse stakeholders.

But just as importantly,



you’ll understand the value of research that can genuinely influence practice and strengthen an important service.
