Job Description

W Talent in Brisbane seeks a Project Manager to own a $20M five-storey luxury apartment development from preconstruction through to handover. You’ll lead a small high‑calibre team, shaping trade packages, programme and procurement before onsite start in early 2027, then drive delivery with senior leadership access.

Ideal candidates have experience in mid‑rise multi‑residential builds in Australia, solid head contract knowledge, and proven client-facing diplomacy to deliver the landmark project
