Job Description
Location: Albion Park Rail, NSW
Roster: Casual | Various days and hours available
Pay: $27.08 base rate + casual loading + penalty rates (as applicable)
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Catering Assistant to join our dynamic aged care team at Warrigal Albion Park Rail . In this crucial hands‑on role, you will assist in preparing and serving high-quality, nutritious meals that enhance the health and wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and service delivery
- Prepare and present texture-modified foods with care and precision
- Deliver friendly, efficient service with a smile
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen
- Follow all food safety, hygiene,
and WHS procedures
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
- Previous experience in a kitchen hand, catering assistant, or hospitality role
- Exposure to aged care, healthcare, or contract catering environments (desirable)
- Ability to follow procedures and work efficiently under pressure
- Positive communication skills and a positive team attitude
- A respectful and caring approach to working in aged care
